A TikTok video showing a cat’s hilarious and horrified reaction to hearing his human’s voice through a pet camera has taken the internet by storm. Shared by user @izzy.briea, the video quickly racked up over 8.4 million views and 2.2 million likes.

The video captures the moment the orange cat first hears her human’s voice through the pet camera. Initially cautious, the cat’s paw tentatively appears on the screen before she peeks out, staring curiously and warily into the camera. The caption humorously notes it as the cat’s “first time hearing her mother’s voice through the cameras…”

Viewers were amused by the cat’s surprised but curious behavior, which led to a wave of comments and shares. The video currently has over 10,400 comments and 2.5 million likes.
